This is Gary Allen starting a blog site, for any former Commercial Parts & Service, Inc. employees to connect with one another. I have been thinking about a way to start keeping in touch with our friends from the past. Please add your comments, and give us an update on what you have been up to the last few years at this blog spot as well as what is going on in your life currently. I invite us all to check in here regularly to see what others are up to these days.
This blogging is a new endeavor for me, so I'm hoping it works out as a way to keep up with old friends, but if there's a better option out there online, I invite any of you more tech-savvy folks to lead us there.
Linda and I are still trying to make a success of Push Fitness for Women on Indy's northside. ( www.push-fitness.com ) At this we are very ably assisted by former CPS treasure, Susan Frymier. Retail is tough type of business to be in I have certainly found out.)
We have been fortunate to travel some, mostly with family. We recently have had the pleasure of our oldest son, Jeremy, and his wife move back to Indianapolis no far from us, after living in California since 2004. Jeremy is a project manager at DEEM. Homer and Jean still live around the corner from us and we see them every few days.
I think of my former CPS associates quite often and wonder what you all are up to. So, again you are invited to post a little update here. Let us hear from you, OK?
